Ralph Nauman

Mr. Nauman, Vice President, is responsible for Organizational Development at Bend Research, and has been a member of the Bend Research Board of Directors since 2000.  As part of overseeing corporate organizational development, Mr. Nauman is responsible for general management, business development, finance, and strategic initiatives.  He also serves as CEO of Environ-Metal Inc., which produces HEVI-Shot tungsten shotgun shells.  Previously, Mr. Nauman served as president of the combined Oremet and Wah Chang, which he consolidated in 1998 for Allegheny Technologies.  The combined companies had $400 million in revenue. He also was general manager of the Aerospace Composite Division of BP Chemicals Advanced Materials.  His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, and organizational management. Mr. Nauman holds an S.B. degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Utah.
