Spray-Dried Dispersion Formulations in Suspensions and Solid Dosage Forms

September 7, 2011 - 10:00am

Hosted by Xcelience and presented by Corey J. Bloom, Ph.D. of Bend Research.

Amorphous spray dried dispersions (SDDs) have emerged as a broadly applicable technology for the delivery of poorly soluble drug molecules and have proved well suited to dosing in suspension and solid dosage forms.  This presentation will cover several key aspects of SDD technology including formulation selection, practical aspects suspension dosing, and incorporation into immediate release and modified release solid dosage forms.
