Oral Solubilization Technology: The Established Characterization Tools

Rigorous structural and functional characterization is critical to the success of the SDD technology.  A wide array of state-of-the-art analytical tools and methodologies is employed to test the formulation, manufacture, and performance of SDD delivery platforms.  Predictive stability tests - established from years of SDD analytical experience - are used to rapidly assess feasibility for any compound.

Proprietary in vitro assays, including dissolution tests, are used to measure the performance of SDD formulations.  Results from these tests are then applied in biological models to accurately predict the in vivo performance.

Predictive physical stability tests and models have been validated by long-term shelf life experiments.  The excellent physical stability demonstrated by the SDD platform is a direct result of the unique materials and process.
