Oral Solubilization Technology: New Pfizer Licensing Initiative
Announcing
a new licensing opportunity for low-solubility compounds using a novel Pfizer
technology to improve oral bioavailability. This technology, which is
based on spray-dried dispersions (SDDs), has been successfully used to improve
the oral bioavailability of hundreds of low-solubility compounds, including 19
in clinical trials.
Through this initiative, companies interested in commercializing their
compounds with Pfizer can evaluate the effectiveness of the SDD technology for
delivery of their compounds.
Bend Research has issued a
press release and
printable PDF brochure describing this opportunity.
